Miles Cary was born in 1655. He resided at 'Rich Neck' Warwick Co., VA. He was a member of the House of Burgesses. He married Mary Milner, daughter of Lt. Col. Thomas Milner, circa 1683; 1st wife. He was Surveyor General of Virginia from 1699 to 1709. He died on 16 Feb 1708/9. Archibald Blair resided at Williamsburg, VA.
