  Noted events in his life were:

1. Biography, 1701, Williamsburg, Williamsburg (city), Virginia, USA. At 14 years, he was chosen to lay the cornerstone for the Capitol. He was a favorite of his uncle, James. He also laid the corner for the second Capitol, in 1754, after the first had burned.
