from letter by Kenneth Maglio 11-27-01 `William Patterson was a professional cricket player and upon arriving played a game in severe weather conditions and came down with pneumonia and died on June 29, 1901 and is buried at Arlington Cemetery, Kearny, NJ. Sarah Is buried beside him as she died Feb. 8, 1935. `
Samuel Patterson is reported in 1910 as a Boarder at 26 Watt St., with William and Sarah McAllen. His age would indicate that he is probably a brother of William. Samuel is age 28, born in Ireland, Immigtrated in 1907 and a laborer in a linoleum works. I am listing him as William's brother until such evidence indicates that he is not. I feel this is preferred to possible losing him and/or his information. Albert W. Jarvis

Sarah married William McAllen, son of Unknown and Unknown. (William McAllen was born about 1858 in Ireland, died on 31 Jan 1925 and was buried in 1925 in Kearny, Hudson, New Jersey, USA.)

Sarah next married William Paterson, son of Paterson and Unknown. (William Paterson was born in 1868, died on 29 Jun 1901 and was buried in 1901 in Kearny, Hudson, New Jersey, USA.)

Sarah next married McClintock.
