If you see something in the photo album that you would like to have, first click on the picture to bring it up to full size.  Then put your mouse cursor on the picture and click the right mouse button.  A menu will appear.  Select "Save picture as..."  This will bring up a box so that you can specify where you want to save the picture, and what name you would like to give it.  Remember where you saved it, or you will have to use the Windows search function to find it by the name you just gave it.
